Description
This is a one-day workshop designed for intermediate-level watercolour painters and is not suitable for novices. The charming, rural Joshua Farm Gallery property offers a variety of enticing subject matter, including period buildings and lovely gardens.
Participants are expected to bring their usual outdoor watercolour kit, including a stool or camp chair. A material list will be provided upon registration.
Rain or shine! Our venue has ample overhead protection from sun and rain, if needed.
The workshop is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. Free parking is available onsite. Washrooms onsite. Bring your lunch.
Session 1: Planning Your Outdoor Painting : Saturday, September 20 | 10 am – 5 pm | $100
Session 2: Composition : Sunday, September 28 | 10 am – 5 pm | $100

Barry Coombs has exhibited nationally and internationally for over 40 years. His teaching for these sessions focuses on traditional observation-based watercolour painting.
