Joshua Farm Gallery is situated on the outskirts of Oakville surrounded by beautiful meadows and mature trees providing a delightful backdrop for your event. The valley and creek are home to a variety of wildlife with views of fields and trees.

The event space is in a barn originally built 1827 and converted into a gallery space in 2007. The rental space provides 2000 square feet of fully accessible space holding a maximum of 70 seated guests in the main space.

Overview

Included with all rentals:

  • Fully accessible indoor venue

  • Ample parking on-site for up to 60 cars

  • A kitchen for warming/plating

Items available for rent:

  • Gazebo
  • Outdoor area for tent, if required – tent rental to be arranged by renter

Not included:

  • Catering – to be arranged by renter
  • Table linens, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware
  • Set-up and teardown of tables and chairs whether using existing or renting

Responsibility of the renter:

  • Short Term Rental Liability Coverage

  • Liquor License & Alcohol liabilities Insurance – alcohol will not be permitted otherwise – SOP – Liquor License

  • SmartServe bar staff required if alcohol being served
  • Cleaning services, to be arranged by venue, $200
  • Security, to be arranged by venue, $200
  • Event to end promptly at 12:00 am
